What is Spirulina and how Spirulina Benefits You? It is a blue-green algae derived from a tiny water plant called Spirulina hence making it completely natural food source

Power packed with tons of protein, iron, vitamins, minerals and many micro-nutrients hence why it is referred to as a “super-food” and “food of the future”.

Spirulina is highly digestible owing to its unicellular form and when consumed regularly is has been shown that this supplement will increase the immune system support that your body needs e.g helps in combating nutritional anaemia, stress, weight problems, high cholesterol, pollution, energy enhancer and gastric ulcers just to name a few.

Suggested usage when taking Spirulina Powder especially for first time users like me. Note however that consumption can vary with activity levels, state of health and age. So, as follows:

  • Start-up: 1-2grams (1/2 teaspoon) per day for one week.
  • Maintenance: 3 grams (1 teaspoon) per day
  • Optimum: 3 grams (1 teaspoon) 3 x daily
  • Best taken at or after meals with at least ½ to 1 cup fluid.
